    We accept payments via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Your payment information is processed securely via our payment gateway.

    Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms your purchase but does not guarantee product availability.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping Locations
    We currently only ship to select locations in Western Australia (WA). If you place an order outside these locations, we may not be able to process it.

  2. Handling of Perishable Items
    Our products are perishable. They are shipped with appropriate packaging (e.g., cold packs) to help preserve quality during transit.

  3. Delivery Timelines
    Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

  4. Customer Responsibility upon Delivery
    Once delivered, you are responsible for promptly refrigerating or otherwise storing the products as appropriate. We are not liable for any spoilage after delivery due to improper handling or delayed collection.

  5. Delivery Issues
    If you experience issues such as an incorrect address or a missed delivery, please contact us at meow@pikko.com.au. Additional fees may apply for redelivery if the address provided was incorrect.


4. Returns & Refund Policy

  1. Perishable Nature
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or no longer want them. Any returned items would be unsellable for health and safety reasons.

  2. Australian Consumer Law
    In accordance with the ACL, if our products fail to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., they are faulty or spoiled on arrival due to our handling), you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, replacement, or compensation.

  3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
    If you believe the products are damaged or not of acceptable quality upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence or other proof.

  4. Process for Refund or Replacement
